What does each ticket include?

Each ticket comes with a welcome pack that includes favorites from Khong Guan and Yeo's, a meal and a raffle ticket.

Do I have to print my ticket? What should I bring for entry into the event?

Nope. Just show us the Pasar Singapura email confirmation on your mobile phone and a valid photo ID at registration! Singaporeans are requested to show a Singaporean passport, NRIC or driver's license at registration. If you've purchased a student ticket, please bring along a valid student ID for registration as well.

Can I bring my family members? How many tickets can I purchase for my family member(s)? What if my immediate family members include non-Singaporeans?

Yes! Pasar Singapura is a family-friendly event and we would love for you to attend with your family. If you are a Singaporean attending the event with your immediate family members, please purchase tickets on their behalf. Immediate family members refer to parents, siblings, spouse, parents-in-law and children. All immediate family members, regardless of nationality, will enjoy the same ticket price as Singaporeans.

Please note that non-immediate family members, such as grandparents, aunts/uncles, cousins, will need to buy their tickets separately.

May I bring a non-Singaporean friend? How much does his/her ticket cost?

Yes, every paying Singaporean ticket holder may invite one non-Singaporean friend to Pasar Singapura. His/her ticket is priced at $20 and $30 for students and adults respectively. Refer to our pricing table in Tickets for more details.

If I buy a ticket for my non-Singaporean friend, do we have to arrive together?

Groups that purchase their tickets together (e.g. families, Singaporeans and non-Singaporeans) are strongly encouraged to arrive and register together.

Is my ticket transferable or refundable?

Unfortunately, the ticket is not refundable. For ticket transfers, please Contact Us and we will help you out.

Can I buy tickets at the event?

We have a limited number of tickets available at the door, each priced at $30. Payment can be made via all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa and American Express).

Is re-entry allowed?

Yes, just leave your event wristband on!

Is there a senior or child discount?

Children 12 years old and under get in for free, while students above 12 years old with a valid student ID pay $20. There is no senior discount.

Food

Can I bring my own food and drinks to the event?

Yes, of course!

What food options will there be at Pasar Singapura?

Each ticket comes with a meal. We have prepared three different menus for you to choose from, and they will be available from 10.00am - 12.00pm, 12.00pm - 2.00pm, and 2.00pm - 4.00pm. There will also be vendors selling snacks and dessert.

While we hope to cater to everyone’s requests as far as possible, we seek your understanding if certain dishes run out more quickly than the rest!

Is the meal that's included in the ticket Halal-certified?

The meals provided will be catered from Rasa, which procures meat from a Halal-certified supplier. Rasa is also listed on zabihah.com. Food options that are non-Halal will be clearly marked.

Programme

Will I be entertained at Pasar Singapura?

But of course! And by homegrown talent no less! There will be short films, live music and dance performances by Singaporean artistes. There will also be TWO raffle draws and a silent auction.

Are there activities for me to check out at Pasar Singapura?

Yes! We have game booths reminescent of pasar malam stalls, old-school playthings and even an IPPT simulation set up for you. We've also got customised photo booths for you take some pictures for keeps with your crew. Pasar Singapura is a family-friendly event so little ones can be a part of all the fun and activities! Raffle draws

What time will the raffle draws take place?

There will be TWO raffle draws held at 1.20pm and 3.30pm respectively.

What prizes are up for grabs?

We have some pretty awesome prizes from our very generous sponsors, including return air tickets to Singapore from Singapore Airlines, hotel stays at Millennium Broadway Hotel in Times Square, New York and shopping vouchers from Charles & Keith!

May I buy more raffle tickets, besides the one that’s included in my entry ticket? How much do they cost, and is there a limit to the number of raffle tickets we can buy?

Yes! There is no limit to how many raffle tickets you can buy. A single raffle ticket costs $2, or you can buy a bundle of six at $10.

How can I buy raffle tickets?

You may do so here and on the day of Pasar Singapura.

Retail

What retail selections will be available at the event?

We are proud to feature Singaporean retail brands at Pasar Singapura. Come support local, and do your part for charity!

Are credit cards accepted at the event?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa and American Express) . While cash payment is also accepted, payment by credit is preferred.

Volunteering

I would like to be part of the event! How can I volunteer?

If you would like to give back by volunteering your time, please sign up here. We need people in our teams such as Decor and Logistics to help with event set-up and ensuring the smooth running of Pasar Singapura. You will be rewarded with freebies, tasty eats, and of course, the appreciation of your fellow Singaporeans!

If I have signed up to volunteer, do I still need to purchase a ticket for entry?

If you have signed up to be a volunteer, you DO NOT need to purchase a ticket for entry. All volunteers will receive complimentary admission to the event. Volunteers will be informed at the volunteer briefing on how to collect their complimentary ticket.

If you are assigned a shift on days prior to the event, just show up on the day of and enjoy the event. If you are a volunteer on the day of the event, you are welcome to come before or stick around after your shift ends to enjoy the event.

Getting to the event

Are there parking facilities nearby?

Yes, but the options are limited. You may find this map from NYC’s Department of City Planning useful.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Entrances are wheelchair accessible and 180 Maiden Lane offers two public bathrooms that are wheelchair accessible.

Are pets allowed?

We love our pets, but we ask that all pets be left at home.

Can I bring my stroller?

There will be no storage facilities on-site. We request that guests travel light and avoid bringing bulky items. If a stroller is essential for your family, we would recommend bringing a foldable stroller if possible.

Donations

Does every dollar from my ticket go to the chosen beneficiaries?

Yes, it does! You can be assured that every dollar goes to benefit Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) and Alzheimer's Disease Association (Singapore).

How else can I donate to the beneficiaries?

There will be donation boxes available at the event for cash donations towards the beneficiaries. You may also donate directly to Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) and Alzheimer's Disease Association (Singapore).
